In order to ease the preparation of your participation we have developed a full service package of € 1500 excl. VAT.
The package includes:
- Exhibition space (approx. 9 m2)
- Full registration for 1 person (including lunch)

Exhibition dates and times
Monday September 13, 10.00 hrs to Wednesday September 15, 12.00 hrs.

Exhibition location
The exhibition will be held at the Eindhoven University of Technology, Auditorium Exhibition Floor, level 1.

Move-in and set-up time
Monday, September 13, 08.00-10.00 hrs
Move-out time
The dismantling and move-out time will be Wednesday, September 15, 14.00-17.00 hrs

Facilities exhibition
It is possible to bring your own stand equipment.

If necessary provided by the organization:
1 triptych, approximately 2 meters high and 3 meters wide with table

Wireless internet connection
