Information for speakers

Speakers are kindly requested to bring their presentation on USB-stick to the speaker assistant, who will be available in the lecture room.

For speakers scheduled in the morning sessions, the speaker assistant will be available in the lecture room as from 08.30 hrs. As for the afternoon sessions, the speaker assistant will be available in the lecture room as from 13.00 hrs.

It is not possible to use your own laptop or a presentation on disk.
